I’m just here to make it happen for you. Think of it like this: I’m your project manager and you’re my subject matter expert on Your Wedding Day. We work together to make the best choices that will result in your best wedding, and I assign the tasks to make it happen. Some tasks will be assigned to me, some to you, and some to others that you tell me are ready and willing to help. Together, we create art. Part visual art, part performance art. And the grand reveal of this work of art will be your wedding day: lovingly, beautifully, intentionally created for all the people you chose to witness this incredible event.

You’ve got it all planned, but you need me to make sure it all goes according to plan. No stress for you, just space to breathe, take it all in, and enjoy your day.Vision sharing: We’ll set up an initial virtual meeting so I can understand your vision and the particular nuances of your wedding day (up to 60 min)
Communication: We’ll keep the email lines open for anything that may come up (unlimited)
Run of show: I’ll create a personalized timeline of your day so it all goes smoothly, and I’ll share it with your vendors
Walkthrough: I’ll meet you at your venue to walk through the spaces and talk through all the amazing events that will happen there (up to 90 min)
Rehearsal: We’ll meet at your venue to practice your ceremony with your wedding party and your family (up to 90 min)
Coordination: On your wedding day, I’ll be at your venue for up to 10 hours to:
Manage and coordinate vendors to ensure timely arrivals and departures, accept deliveries, distribute vendor gratuity
Be the primary Point of Contact on your wedding day, working with vendors and guests to anticipate and resolve any issues that may come up
Manage logistics to ensure everything flows smoothly, from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the reception, to the send off
Oversee the set up of all the spaces in your day and ensure your personal items (seating charts, escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, etc.) are set out the way you envision
Ensure clean up and storage of your personal items and decor at the end of the evening

You’ve done a lot, but you’re ready for me to take it from here. Hire me no later than 90 days out and you get everything included in the Trillium Package, plus:Monthly planning meetings: We’ll set up virtual meetings at 60 days and 30 days out to discuss action items, check on progress, and keep things moving (up to two meetings, 60 min each)
Weekly planning meetings: We’ll set up virtual meetings at 15 days and 5 days out to discuss action items, check on progress, and keep things moving (up to two more meetings, 60 min each)
Wedding Tracker: I’ll create and manage a personalized wedding tracker to take on the mental load, including logistics, locations, and people responsible to keep the planning organized and the taskers on task
Vendor quotes: I’ll get quotes for vendors you don’t yet have secured and share those quotes - along with a recommendation - with you for decision making and contract signature (up to 3 vendors)
Vendor alignment: I’ll review all your vendor contracts that you share with me for timing and logistics, and create a contact list, noting contract requirements
Personal inventory: I’ll create a personal inventory list, including staging and placement of your items

You’ve had a look at all that needs to be done and it’s just… a lot. You could really use someone to hold your hand and take you through the process. No worries. I got you. Hire me no later than 6 months out and you get everything included in the Trillium and Meadowrue Packages, plus:Monthly planning meetings: We’ll set up virtual meetings at 5/4/3/2/1 months out to discuss action items and check on progress (up to three more meetings beyond the Meadowrue package, 60 min each)
Consultations: You’ll have unlimited ad hoc virtual and phone consultations, in addition to your already unlimited email access
Budget tracker: I’ll create and manage a personalized budget to keep track of estimates, actuals, deposits paid, and deadlines for remaining payments
Vendor quotes: I’ll get quotes for any vendors you need and share those quotes - along with a recommendation - with you for decision making and contract signature (unlimited vendors)
Layouts and seating: I will create a diagram of the spaces for your wedding, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
Guest list: I will manage RSVPs, guest addresses, additional guests, meal selections, dietary restrictions, and seat assignments
Coordination: In the six months before your wedding day I will:
Manage and coordinate with vendors to confirm final details, such as catering numbers, tablescapes, cake design, band/DJ playlist, and rentals
Be the primary Point of Contact with your venue and vendors, answering questions and resolving any issues that may come up

Create, order, and send Minted stationery and web products, such as:
Save the Dates and Invitations (concierge appointment, Minted sample kit, create/customize/order wedding invitations, custom extras)
Wedding website (collect RSVPs)
Day-of stationery (programs, menus, signage, escort cards, place cards, envelopes, stickers, etc.)
Thank you cards (wedding, engagement party, bridal shower, bachelor/ette party, etc.)
Create, order, and send invitations to additional gatherings through Minted or Paperless Post, like:
Save the Dates (collect addresses for invitations, get an idea of head count)
Engagement party
Bridal shower
Bachelor/ette party
Rehearsal brunch/cocktail/dinner
Morning after breakfast/brunch
Plan and execute your Rehearsal brunch/cocktail/dinner. Hire me for this and I will:
Vendor quotes: Get quotes for your rehearsal meal venue - along with a recommendation - for your decision making and contract signature
Guest list: Manage RSVPs and dietary restrictions
Run of show: Create a personalized rehearsal timeline including time for toasts and wedding party gifts
Walkthrough: I’ll meet you at your venue to walk through the space and talk through the event (up to 60 min)
Coordination: On your rehearsal day, I’ll be at your venue for up to 3 hours to:
Manage and coordinate with the venue to ensure timely service delivery and distribute vendor gratuity
Be the primary Point of Contact on your rehearsal day, working with the venue and guests to anticipate and resolve any issues that may come up
Manage logistics to ensure everything flows smoothly
Oversee the set up of the space
Transportation, Delivery, and Supplies. Things like this include:
Coordinating drop off and pick up of your personal items at your venue
Returning rentals or borrowed items to vendors
Coordinating logistics with the wedding party and family members
Sourcing unique items for your wedding from Etsy, Amazon, Buy Nothing, etc.
Sourcing unique wedding party gifts and guest favors
Walkthroughs with you or your vendors, beyond those listed in my packages
